- Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
- Delay in payment may attract additional charges.
3. Client Responsibilities

- Ensure goods are packed securely, unless packaging services are availed from us.
- Comply with all applicable laws for the transportation of goods.

- Any claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made before dispatch may be eligible for partial refunds.
- Once goods are in transit, no refund will be processed.
